Our basic service starts as low as $35. That's right! $35! How do we do it? Its pretty simple. Since this is a small one owner company with a very low overhead, our cost of operation is low. We don't have a large payroll and we aren't over our head in debt with equipment we don't need. We keep it simple. We specialize in lawn maintenance only. We do not get involved in big landscaping jobs, irrigation or many of the other services that can run the cost of operation through the roof. Why should you pay a higher price for basic lawn service from a company because they have a high overhead? You shouldn't!

| Question: Will I have to sign a contract? |
| Answer: Absolutely Not! We never make our customers sign a contract. We are confident you will like our work. If we do our job right, we wont need a contract to keep you with us! |
| Question: Will You use second rate equipment to service my yard? |
| Answer: No. In fact, you will find that we use the same high dollar Landscape Contractor Equipment used by the more expensive companies. Cheaper equipment costs more to keep maintained and repair cost run up the overhead. Our equipment is new and properly maintained, which allows us to do a better job faster. |
| Question: How can you do the same (or better) quality job for so much less? |
| Answer: That's simple! We concentrate on Lawn Maintenance only. This allows us to channel all our resources into this one area. We don't have any of the other costs of operation that others have. We don't have to buy any landscaping equipment, pay several crews, fertilization equipment, special licensing and special insurances. You are not just one of our lesser important jobs, you are our main job! Because that's all we do! |
| Question: Will you bag my grass clippings? Will I have to pay a fortune for this service? |
| Answer: Yes, Bagging is a service we offer and No you don't have to cash in the kids college fund to pay for it. We can usually bag the clippings for as little as $5 more per yard, but some yards do vary. |
| Question: What does the "basic" service include? |
| Answer: Mowing (side discharge), Edging, Weed trimming and blowing off the driveway, patio, walkways, ect. |
| Question: What about my shrubs and small bushes? Do you maintain them as well? |
| Answer: Yes, we offer Hedge trimming and Shrub trimming services as well. Give us a call for a free estimate. |
| Question: This all sounds good, but what about my leaves in the fall? Do you offer a service for this? |
| Answer: Absolutely! We do offer leaf removal services as well at surprisingly low rates. |
| Question: What if I don't like your work? |
| Answer: Simply let me know. I will attempt to fix the problem or move on, whichever you prefer. That's the beauty of a non contract deal. If you don't like us, you are not stuck with us. |
| Question: Contracts insure me that my Lawn Care service will be there a certain number of times a year. How can I be sure you will be reliable? |
| Answer: Thought you'd never ask! The Lawn Care business is very competitive. Quality and Price are the two big deciding factors. Because we don't make our customers sign a contract we have to provide a quality service each time or take the chance on losing that customer. |
| Question: Can I pay weekly? |
| Answer: Sure. You can pay weekly or bi-weekly. |
